Customer reviews for Eric and Letty

Everything was as good or better than you promised.  We would also like to thank our guide and the crew of Flamingo 1 who were remarkable.  Unfailingly helpful and informed they greeted everyone with a smile and provided exceptional service.

Flamingo; boat was a little tired in places but the rest of the experience was brilliant.

A brilliant boat, lots of cabin space and deck space.  A real highlight.

Galapagos and the boat were brilliant.

Eric: excellent.

Engine noise at night was unpleasant. Some cabins were better than others for this and slightly more information before booking would help. Breakfast and lunches were excellent. Evening meals varied. Snacks on return to boat after excursions were excellent.

Flamingo cabin not great. But out of it most of the time, strong emphasis on snorkelling but good arrangements for non snorkellers

All of the staff on board were excellent, so friendly and incredibly hard working.  Our guide, Karina Lopez was superb.

Excellent. (Advice upfront on the cost of drinks from the boat's bar would have been helpful!)

Just an amazing experience.  Great set of people on the boat.  Guides had very good knowledge.

Loved it!
