Introducing 'Galapagos Legend'

Refurbished in 2013, Guests are now able to choose from a wide range of cabin styles, all of which can be prepared as either a twin room or a double.

The boat's restaurant, positioned on the Sea Deck, serves a buffet lunch and breakfast and an a la carte dinner, while sunset BBQs are on offer on the Sky Deck.

For relaxation, head to the Earth Deck where there is a jacuzzi and hammocks hung on deck, and inside guests can use the massage chairs. Alternatively you could take a dip in the pool or enjoy a relaxing drink at the bar. Sun loungers are available on the Moon Deck and the boat's observation deck is an ideal spot for stargazing.

The boat has 60 crew members including a doctor and 6 naturalist guides.

Galapagos Legned's many decks offer guests ample space for relaxation and on board activities. For children, there is also a designated Kids' Corner, where activities are arranged to keep children entertained.

Static exercise bikes and a jogging track are available on board for those wishing to exercise and there are many sun loungers for guests wishing to relax in the sun. The boat's jacuzz is located on the Earth Deck and there is also a pool on the Sky Deck.

A well-stocked library is available for guest use and there is also a Medical Centre on hand in case of emergency.

 

Scuba Diving

Scuba diving can be arranged for certified divers and is a great way to experience more of the Galapagos' natural history. You will be guided by professional dive masters and instructors and expeditions will include two immersion dives per half day.

Kayaking

According to National Park regulations, kayaking is only permitted at certain sites with a maximum number of 8 passengers in 4 double kayaks. Kayaking takes place before or after island excursions and this is one of the best ways to live Galapagos and its ecosystem to experience nature in its purest form.

Zodiac Rides

There are 6 dinghies (inflatable zodiacs), or "Pangas" as they are known in Galapagos, avaialble on board each carrying up to 16 passengers. These are used as the main transportation from the boat to the nature sites and ashore.
