How do we build our knowledge? First, by travelling extensively throughout the region - on upwards of a hundred trips all told. We ask our clients for their feedback when they return from their trips and this adds some very helpful insights from individual travellers' perspectives. We are also in constant contact with our partners in each country. They understand what our clients look for, and they delight in telling us about new places that have just appeared on the scene, as well as warning us when a hotel has changed hands and might be losing its edge. They often tell us that we are the most thorough of the companies they work with around the world.
For you, the design process is made much easier with all this in-depth knowledge available. You will find that we are approachable and easy to work with.
