Vacancy: Back office lynch-pin

Liberate our destination specialists from key back office tasks.

You will take care of clients' booking details, prepare invoices, collect payments, send confirmation letters, issue ATOL certificates, and book international flights. You will coordinate vouchers: carefully tracking and documenting hotel details, pick up times, guides, and more.

You will be well organised and professional, with an investigative mind, an eye for detail, confidence working with numbers, and an ability to multi-task. You will have a perfect telephone manner and confidence in talking to people from all backgrounds.
