Galįpagos cruises

Because most visitor sites can only be reached from the sea, the best, and almost the only, way to see the Galįpagos is by boat.  At its best, the combination of marvellous wildlife, a well-run well-equipped boat, and first-rate naturalist guides makes for a truly memorable and enriching trip.

Cruising on well-crewed boats built and maintained to modern standards is never cheap, and the extra costs of being hundreds of miles into the Pacific Ocean means that a Galįpagos cruise is going to absorb a sizeable chunk of your holiday budget.  It is all the more important to make sure that you get value for money.

This is where personal tastes and preferences come in.  You can choose between different sizes and styles of boat, different routes around the islands, and by how many days you would like your cruise to last.  Although price and quality are not always in lock-step, for the most part the higher the price the more comfortable the boat will be and the better you will be looked after.

Like-for-like you will find that Geodyssey's prices are very competitive. If you find a better price elsewhere, please let us know and we will try to beat it.

Please book well in advance for the widest choice.

Galapagos cruise prices

These guide prices are per person for two people travelling together and sharing twin/double cabins. For an up-to-date price please call us or complete our Quote request form. For detailed prices and flight fares view PDF.

The golden rule is that if you are adamant that you only wish to sail the islands on one particular boat, then you must book early - a year in advance is often advisable (and can even then be too late). If you can be flexible then we can usually find space on good boats two months from sailing, but the earlier the better please!
