We know our destinations
Our approach is a simple one. We know our destinations really well. We go back to them again and again researching ideas, visiting hotels, meeting guides and testing routes. So we really know what we're talking about.
When we are not out in in the field, we are back in London designing holidays to Latin America & the Caribbean every day of the week. We keep in close touch with our local partners in each country, and we love it when our customers come back and tell us about something that's new or different.

We plan trips every day for our clients. They are a great bunch of people: school teachers, doctors, cabinet ministers, business people, retirees, honeymooners, young professionals in couples and groups, birdwatchers, surfers, walkers, wildlife photographers, and many more. We are great believers in acting locally and giving local partners the responsibility and encouragement to achieve great things.
Through our alliance with The Rainforest Alliance we encourage and assist local hoteliers and lodge owners in Costa Rica, and now Ecuador, to raise standards and adopt sustainable practices. We are the first tour operator in the UK to form an alliance like this.
