Each itinerary can be adapted to suit you. Call us or email us to explore the possibilities.
We could design something for you from scratch instead. To prepare a quote for you we would need to know your broad requirements: the places you'd like to visit, how much or how little you'd like to do, any special interests, the standard of accommodation you prefer. We will then design a personalised itinerary which can be adjusted as often as necessary until it meets your approval.
How to book
Once you have decided on an itinerary please complete one of our current booking forms (included with our brochures), sign it, and send it to us with the appropriate deposit.

If time is short you can fax us the booking form (Fax: 020 7281 7878) and send your payment by international telegraphic transfer (ask for our bank details).
Once we have received your deposit we can start to make arrangements in your destination.
If there is a problem over availability we liaise with you to find an acceptable alternative, perhaps simply re-sequencing the itinerary you chose.
Once we have received the necessary confirmations the balance of your tour payment will be due immediately if you are booking less than 8 weeks in advance, or otherwise 8 weeks prior to departure.
If the itinerary you chose is not available without a substantial change, then you can cancel for a full refund.

Prices
The Guide Prices given for each of the independent and tailor-made travel ideas on this website are based on a typical choice of accommodation and other options. We can vary this to suit your tastes and budget.
The prices are per person based on two adults sharing twin-bed rooms where applicable, e.g. at hotels and tourist lodges. There will usually be an extra charge for single occupancy. For singles, triples, families and more please contact us.
