Eric, Flamingo I and Letty

Eric, Flamingo I, and Letty are identical sister yachts. Outfitted in 1990, these first class motor-yachts are 83' long and are exclusively custom-designed for Galapagos excursions.

Each offers a seasoned captain, 8 crew, and 2 experienced English-speaking naturalist guides. Each naturalist takes a group of no more than 10 passengers on all shore excursions and shares extensive insights into the islands' diverse wildlife. Small wooden boats locally called 'pangas' ferry passengers to shore for island visits.

Their teak interiors feature:
· fully air-conditioned cabins
· public spaces
· dining room
· well-stocked bar
· meetings area with television, VCR, stereo cassette/CD equipment, and book and video library

There are ten guest cabins located on three decks, each with:
· large private bathroom
· hot-and-cold freshwater shower
· either two twin lower beds or one double bed
· closet storage
· overhead storage
· separate climate controls
· intercom system
· bottled water
· toiletries
· fresh towels

Each day begins with a casual breakfast buffet that includes:
· toast and a wide array of cereals
· milk, tea, and coffee
· fresh exotic fruit juices
· eggs cooked to order

Lunch is buffet-style with:
· salads
· pastas
· assorted fresh vegetables
· meats and fish, all creatively prepared

Dinners are based on Ecuadorian and international cooking and typically include creamy soups, ceviches, grilled seafood, roasted potato salad, and unique desserts.

Snorkelling equipment, wet suits, sea kayaks, and beach towels are provided at no additional charge.
