The Cachalote is a steel-hulled, ketch-rigged motor sailor that accommodates 16 passengers. She was refitted in 2002.

Guest cabins are fitted in teak and each has private bath and shower, and two portholes.

Deck space is very ample and there is a good-sized salon.
