Twosomes and onesomes

Your own tailor-made birdwatching trip can be designed to suit your dates and budget, your level of expertise, your previous experience of birding, and any target birds you need to see.

You might wish to dedicate your time 100% to birds or to broaden the focus to include mammals and other aspects of natural history. Trips can be slowed to give extra time for photography or designed to achieve your birding objectives while including places to see and things to do to please non-birding partners as well.

Using the services of our network of experienced English-speaking resident local bird guides and drivers we are able to offer fully escorted tailor-made birding holidays that are affordable even for just two people. Depending on the country there can be other options too: our self-drive birding is popular in Costa Rica for example. Even if there is just one of you we can suggest ways to keep the costs down while getting you to the birds you want to see.

We cover all the established birding sites in each country but as logistics experts we can also put arrangements in place to get you to new, or less visited locations.

You might choose to have your party led by Eustace Barnes, or another top ranking UK ornithologist leader if Eustace has other commitments. You could choose one of the birding itineraries in this brochure, or a special itinerary pitched at the level and intensity you prefer.
